Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Can’t see the Agency App:
Ensure you’re logged in as a team administrator and viewing from your main workspace (not a client workspace).
Client didn’t receive invitation:
Ask client to check spam; verify email address; wait a few minutes and check status in Agency App.
Workspace stuck in “Creating” status:
Wait a few minutes and refresh; contact support if unchanged after 10 minutes.
Client can’t access workspace:
Verify invitation was accepted; confirm client is using the invited email; check membership status in Team Members.
Can’t add collaborator:
For existing team members, search by email; system will discover matching memberships; ensure you have workspace admin permissions.
“Add new client workspace” is disabled:
You’ve reached the 50-workspace limit; archive unused workspaces to free slots.
Can I convert an existing workspace to a client workspace?
No. Client workspaces must be created through the Agency App.
What happens if a client doesn’t accept their invitation?
The workspace remains in “Client Invited” status. You can resend the invitation or contact the client directly.
Can clients upgrade their plan?
Billing is managed by the agency. Clients should contact their agency for plan changes.
Why can’t clients see Team Settings?
Team Settings is reserved for team administrators. Clients manage their workspace through Workspace Settings.
Can clients connect their own integrations?
Yes. Clients can create OAuth connections and integrations for their specific workspace.
